Friday night we were in the mood to do something a little bit different. We wanted more than just a burger and fries and we weren't really craving Chinese or Mexican style. We decided hot dogs sounded really good. We googled all the restaurants we could find in Rexburg and found our place. We're Twisted, right next to the cheap theaters and BRC'c frozen custard.
We both got the twisted dog. It hit the spot and was quite delicious. We walked away with satisfied bellies and butter on our face. Really, I could smell the butter on my lips, and I am sure it was on my nose and no amount of wiping would remove it. A face washing was in order.
On our way home we picked up the movie "Lars and The Real Girl'. It is a dramatic comedy that features Ryan Gosling. Its all about love and learning how to cope with those you love and emotions that are hard to face. I love it and had such a good time watching it with Zach. We definitely recommend it.
Friday night we bought a groupon for Sammy's and ended up getting a free meal. It was well worth it for that delicious sandwich, fries and shake.
We got a package from Paige this weekend which contained gifts from Brock in Zimbabwe. He sent water buffalo and elephant leather bound Books of Mormon but they didn't make it through customs. But his letters and the bracelets did. Aren't they beautiful? Pretty sure I am going to end up wearing Zach's a lot more than he will.
Only 6 more weeks of school! Yay! Happy Monday everyone!
