BYU Rugby Game

To kick of the warm season we took Anna to her first Rugby game. It was actually a first for most of us and we loved every bit of it, except for Anna, she was not so sure about the loud cheering going on. It was so fun to see BYU win the championship game and spend the day enjoying the sunshine.

Anna Loves People and Pets

On Mothers Day we got to visit with Megan, who is currently in Barcelona, give talks in church, visit with Kimberly, who is in Chicago for a few more months, have dinner at my parents, and have dessert with all my Aunts and Uncles at my Grandparents house. Anna was able to visit with every Bennett relative from her to her great grandparents. My grandparents dog may have  been her favorite to play with. She absolutely loves dogs and was so excited to finally get to play with one. It makes me really want to get a puppy seeing how cute she is with dogs. Its seriously too cute for words.

Damien Jurado

This was a fun concert. Joshua James, an Utah original, opened for Damian Jurado. Both have a unique sound. I loved Joshua James bass and heavy beats. Damian had a voice that was so soothing and truly beautiful. Id recommend seeing both when you get the chance.

To the Park

Anna is so much fun. Se loves going to the park. She will stay content swinging in the swings or just watching the other kids play for hours. She is also a good sport about letting me take her on lots of walks. She loves when ever we get to see a dog or pet of some-sort on our walks.

Micro Fashion - The Spring Edition

From boots to bare feet and everything in between, spring brings all sorts of weather but Anna fared well through it all. She even let me put on the boots she once hated and wore them all day!  She loves splashing in the pool and I'm sure that will be the thing she wears most this summer, that and onesies.

Penny Ann's Cafe

If you have not been to Penny Ann's Cafe (PAC) you need to go. The line can be long, plan on waiting 30 - 60 minutes, but once you get seated you will fall in love. We had an awesome server the first time we went that really made it a lot of fun. They are good about making sure your kids are taken care of and entertained and the food puts you right back into your grandmas kitchen. No matter what you get you can get a plate of their sour cream hot cakes. They are pancakes taken to a whole new level of yum. Even those less likely to eat pancakes will enjoy these. The price is low, quality high, and I have yet to eat my whole meal in one setting.

We took Anna to In-N-Out and got stickers with our meal. (Having kids makes life so much more fun!) Anna did a great job putting the stickers on the picture even with her mom sticking those stickers all over her face. I know, she is so lucky to have me.
