Saturday was our museum going day. We walked to the Cloisters located not even a mile from our lovely apartment.
We enjoyed the building, the gardens and the historical art.
The Cloisters are an extension of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. If you buy a ticket for one you can get into both that day. Pretty cool, and what you pay is actually a donation, always a good sign for the starving student.
