A few Saturdays ago we finally took a tour of Liberty Park in SLC. It was impressively large, with multiple playgrounds, picnic areas, lawns, an aviary, tennis courts, a pool and a splash pad. The only downside was that they didn't have baby swings, so Zach had to take one for the team. Which he was obviously very torn up about. We had a good time and ended the day with a fabulous burger from In-N-Out. It's no Corner Bistro burger but, it's a good cheap eat.
