We really enjoy the drive to and from, and the easy walk around Silver Lake. It is right by Brighton Ski resort which is super easy to get to and definitely worth the windy road to get there. Anna loves looking in the water, spotting fish, collecting rocks, throwing rocks in the water to make a "glunk" sound, and running around the trail with anyone who will join her.
