The Color Run
Thanks to my cousin Kate for introducing us to the Color Run and to all those who ran with us. It really was the happiest 5K. We were talking, laughing, dancing and enjoying ourselves through the entire run. At the end is when we really got covered in color. Kimberly was such a good sport and did a great job running the entire time even though she had been training at sea level and was now in the mountains. Seriously she was probably the strongest runner. No records were broken but we finished our first 5K in 37 minutes. Not too bad for laughing the entire time. Thanks to mom Mom and Anna for being the worlds best cheerleaders and photographers!

Pre Race Day
Anna loves her Aunt Kim. Seriously, she knows who the fun people are. Anna also loved playing in the bubbles with grandam. There were a pretty cute pair.

The Trampoline
It was so hard to keep the trampoline a secret from her for so long but it was so worth it to see her reaction. It was cute to see Anna trying to get in on the fun too.

First Day Home
After picking up her luggage we grabbed some Jamba Juice, did some shopping for post-mission outfits, got her released and then indulged in delicious Thai food. Having her home that first day felt so surreal!

Kimberly in SLC
Her flight was delayed and waiting was so hard! We all felt so anxious and excited. There were about 4 other families also waiting for missionaries and we were all pretty giddy with anticipation. After passing Anna back and forth a few times and getting the cameras ready we saw her start down the escalator. I was a mess before she could even make it half way down and was a total wreck when I finally got to give her a hug. It was so good to see her and introduce her to her one and only niece. Anna was definitely a fan of Kimberly.
